Nano Ionic has the following Wholesale Requirements
.
- Wholesalers are not permitted under any circumstances to drop their prices below Good State Inc.’s current price. Good State Inc. will inform all wholesalers of any change in pricing we make through an email channel.
- Wholesalers are not permitted to sell Good State Inc.’s products on any sales channels with “Amazon” or “eBay” in their names. This applies to foreign and domestic channels.
- Wholesalers are not permitted to sell Good State Inc.’s products to other businesses. Wholesalers are responsible for determining whether they are selling to businesses or persons.
- Wholesalers are required to purchase a minimum of $75.00 USD worth of goods (excluding the costs of shipping), and a minimum of 10 items per sku, per every order.
- Wholesalers are responsible for the costs of shipping, with the notable exception of orders shipping within the United States that exceed $600.00 USD in value, excluding the costs of shipping.
- Wholesalers understand that they are responsible for following the terms of this agreement, and that violation of these terms will result in an immediate termination of their account with Good State Inc. as well as termination of any outstanding or unfulfilled orders currently placed with Good State Inc.
